| 摘 要： | 学科馆员服务已成为高校图书馆服务创新的新举措，其服务质量也成为衡量现代高校图书馆工作水平的重要标尺之一。在学科馆员服务绩效评估体系构建原则的指导下，采用层次分析法构建评估指标体系并求解得出各指标权重系数，并应用该指标体系对北方工业大学图书馆学科馆员服务绩效进行评估分析。

| Abstract: | The system of subject librarian is a new act of university libraries service innovation, the service quality of subject librarian will become one of important benchmark that judges the level of modern university libraries work. Based on the disciplines of constructing the service performance assessment system of subject librarian, this paper constructs the assessment index system and calculates each weight with analytic hierarchy process, assesses and analyzes the service performance of subject librarian in North China University of technology library through this system.
