| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 解决目前部分高校图书馆区域联盟服务停滞、无法满足用户需求的问题，推动图书馆区域联盟走向共用平台的发展新阶段。方法/过程] 对文献资源进行梳理，明确图书馆区域联盟发展状况。以江苏省为例调查图书馆区域联盟的存续状态和服务能力，总结其缺陷和问题。根据江苏高校应用下一代图书馆服务平台的情况，将其作为联盟共用平台的技术基础。结果/结论] 基于资源流通的思想构建“读者——图书馆——出版社”的联盟结构，并且实现高校图书馆区域联盟共用平台，保证联盟内部沟通高效、稳定运营，为高校提供更完善的资源和数据保障。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]This article solves the problems that some regional consortium services of university libraries are stopped and cannot meet the needs of users recently,to promote library regional consortiums to a new stage of development of shared platforms.Method/process]The article sorted out the literature resources and clarified the development status of the library regional consortiums.Then this paper took Jiangsu Province as an example to investigate the existence status and service capabilities of the library regional consortiums,and summarized their shortcomings and problems.According to the application of the next-generation library service platforms in Jiangsu universities,it would be used as the technical basis of the shared platform of consortiums.Result/conclusion]The consortium structure of"reader-library-publisher"is constructed based on the idea of resource circulation.And realizing the regional consortium shared platforms of university libraries is to ensure the efficient internal communication and stable operation within the consortiums.The consortiums can provide universities with better resources and data protection. |
