| Abstract: | This paper develops a new model of information commons for knowledge service based on SECI model and turns the theories of knowledge management into practical knowledge rooms. According to the model, the special service methods and four knowledge rooms can be designed to improve the transfer between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge and realize knowledge innovation and communication in information commons for knowledge service. |
