| 摘 要： | 结合我国和美国著作权法的规定和实践，阐明高校图书馆如何在网络环境下，规避各种文献传递服务业务中的著作侵权风险。具体包括：数字化馆藏文献的著作侵权风险规避、搜集网络信息资源的著作侵权风险规避、传递较新的信息资源的数量限制规则、限制著作使用者的擅自保存规则、图书馆尽到著作权保护的警示义务、对破解电子文献密码的行为追究侵权责任、“信息授权协议”的签订。

| Abstract: | The paper tries to tell the rules about the notice proceedings of the transfer-literature service, which include : the rule of photocopying of the literature of the libraries; the rule of conserving information resource from the internet ;the amount limitation of transferring the new information resource; readers’ limitation of the conservation of the literature; the duty of the copyright protection caution of library; the use of technology safeguard; signing agreement of the authorization of the copyright. |
