| 摘 要： | 元代出版业出版大量的书籍，同时也出现许多版权纠纷问题。为应对这一问题，元代书籍版权保护采取了相应的措施，主要是在书刻管理、书籍出版标记使用、书籍辨伪等方面。元代的书籍版权保护贡献是明显的，对当代及后来出版物的版权保护都有一定的影响作用，是有意义的行为。

| Abstract: | It had great contributions to ancient Chinese books copyright protection in Yuan Dynasty(1206-1368) mainly in the follow aspects: engraving books management, the mark use of books publishing, the books of distinguishing, the performance and so on. Also,the people of Yuan Dynasty(1206-1368) had a significant achievements in books copyright protection, and it had influenced on late protection of book publishing. |
