| 摘 要： | 对首都图书馆“十二五”期间发展的内外部环境进行分析，在此基础上，从概念创新、传递创新、界面创新、技术创新四个角度提出首都图书馆“十二五”期间信息资源开发利用模式创新的若干对策建议，如与在京总部合作开发利用信息资源、推进与市属高校图书馆业务合作，加大专业图书馆和社区图书馆建设力度等。
