| 摘 要： | 通过对西部地区10余所图书情报教学单位培养目标、课程设置、培养途径的介绍,指出西部地区图书情报人才培养存在着专业教育空间分布不合理、教育层次偏低,本科生生源不足,教学方式陈旧单一、现代化教学手段不足,缺少有效的培训途径,师资力量严重不足,教材陈旧等六大问题,认为西部地区图书情报人才的培养,应确立新的培养目标,改革课程设置,构建新的培养模式,加强师资和教材建设。

| Abstract: | Training goals, course assignments and training methods of over ten Library-Information Science institutions in westernChina are introduced in this paper. On this basis, the paper points out six main problems that exist in the cultivation of professionals forthe library and information sciences in western China. Then some concrete suggestions are made for the establishment of new traininggoals, reforms of course assignments and training models etc., in the western universities of China. |
