| 摘 要： | 针对科技文献资源共享服务平台建设的指导思想和任务目标，归纳介绍四川省科技文献资源共享服务平台建设的进展情况及阶段性成果，分析现实的用户需求与未来的发展趋势，提出加强网络服务环境建设，探索符合四川省实际的新型网络环境下的科技信息资源共享平台服务体系的建设方案，有效组织和深度揭示服务资源，实现主要科技信息资源的无缝连接，同时建议加强地区联合服务机制研究，开展全方位多层次信息服务，构建西部地区文献资源共享服务体系。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the progress of Sichuan scientific and technologic information platform is introduced by following the national guiding rule. Through analyzing the current users' demands and the future development trends, the building programs of scientific and technologic information platform under the network environment is discussed. In order to achieve the seamless connection with the main scientific and technologic information resources, the information service resources should be effectively organized and deeply revealed. At the same time, this paper makes some suggestions on reinforcing the researches of the regional joint services mechanisms, developing multi-level information services, and constructing the information resource sharing system in western region. |
