| 摘 要： | 通过分析学术机构工作人员提交智力成果到学术机构知识库的影响因素以及工作人员参与学术机构知识库使用的激励因素，得出学术机构知识库的激励因素具有均衡性，因而不能采取单一的激励模式的结论。在此基础上，构建学术机构知识库激励模式。

| Abstract: | Factors which affect the staff’s upload of intelligence fruits into the IR and the factors which motive the staff to use IR are studied based on the analysis of investigation data. The questionnaire reveals that the equilibrium nature of motivating factors and no single promoting pattern for IR should be accepted. Motivation model of IR are created also based on the upper conclusions. |
