| 摘 要： | 搭建精品学术期刊数字出版平台是复杂的系统工程，需要首先解决由谁主导以及相关配套政策等问题。剖析政府主导中国精品学术期刊数字出版平台建设的动因，提出政府主导精品学术期刊数字出版平台建设的可能路径，指出应以国家力量支配、整合、挖掘期刊出版资源、创建一个精品学术期刊数字出版平台，并搭建与精品学术期刊数字化平台相适应的政策支撑体系。

| Abstract: | Building a digital platform for Chinese premium academic journals is a complicated system engineering, which raises such issues as who dominates the engineering and corresponding supportive policies. The paper analyzes the motive drive for government to dominate the establishment of the platform, then puts forward possible approaches for government to conduct the engineering, and finally ends up with some conclusions. |
