| 摘 要： | 指出学术期刊的学科综合性使同类期刊刊发论文存在学科差异；学术期刊实现网络发行后，学术期刊引文密度和引文时间正发生持续动态变化。认为现行的学术期刊影响因子计算方法及修正方案不能很好地反映以上两种情形，导致影响因子出现偏差。提出从学术期刊学科综合性和网络发行视角对影响因子进行修正，使之能准确体现学术期刊学术影响力，从而对我国的学术期刊进行真实、客观、公正的评价。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the disciplinary comprehensiveness of academic journals leads to disciplinary differences in papers published by similar journals, and web based distribution of journals brings sustained and dynamic changes in their citation density and time. The authors considers that the current calculation and modification method of journal impact factor cannot reflect the above two situations, which results in deviation in impact factor. It proposes to modify impact factor from the two perspectives, enabling it to accurately reflect the academic influence of journals and evaluate journals in a real, objective and fair manner. |
