| 摘 要： | 基于上海张江、漕河泾等地科技情报(信息)服务类企业员工的调查数据,分析现有科技情报人才能力结构面临的主要问题,并从"干中学"的视角出发,提出以实践性为主旨,从培养、流动、激励、评价等四个环节着手,形成科技情报人才能力结构的优化机制,使其适应信息时代科技情报工作的需要.

| Abstract: | The S&T information work is more and more prospective,professional and competitive for the sake of the booming information technology.Subsequently,it has to probe into the problems and challenges in education,social training and so on,builts up the optimization mechanism of the ability structure of S&T information talents by talents training(human capital investment),deployment,motivation and evaluation,while in the perspective of Doing by Learning,and the keynote of ability of practice. |
