| 摘 要： | 近年来，关于图书馆学教育和图书馆职业需求是否脱离问题讨论激烈。在以图书馆学就业现状调查为基础上，针对图书馆学人才的需求现状和本科生源的缺失两方面的情况进行分析，认识到我国图书馆学在专业层次和课程设置上还存在着一些问题，进而对这两方面存在的问题进行思考，提出解决现存问题的建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the question about library science education and library professional demand whether to be separated is in heated discussion. The paper based on the investigation of the library science graduate’s career status, focused on the analying on the demand for qualified personnel of the library science and the lack of the undergraduate source. Then analyzed the two aspects and found out there still exist some problems in the professional level and curriculum of the library science. So the paper thought about the problems in these two aspects and hoped to give some good advice and inspiration to solve the existing problem. |
