| 摘 要： | 介绍数字权益管理的概念和研究现状，指出数字权益管理的发展应该面向用户;从用户接受性、成本与收益、法律、隐私和透明度角度探讨面向用户的数字权益管理，认为对数字权益管理的研究应该综合技术、社会、经济和法律因素，增强用户的参与性和法律地位保障，数字权益管理应该反映用户的期望。

| Abstract: | Based on a brief introduction to the definition and the status quo of digital right management, this paper discusses the user-oriented digital right management in aspects of acceptability, costs and benefits, law, privacy and transparency, The researchers of DRM should adjust for the factors including technology, society, economy and law to increase the involvement of users and secure their legal standing. Eventually, the author points out that the digital right management should represent the prospects of users. |
