This paper describes several approaches to the creation of information support environment for high-tech research, and the active service for the high-tech research in combination with the multi-year practice in the accomplishment of high-tech information research projects assigned by the State Science and Technology Commission, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the National Program "863", etc. |
