| 摘 要： | 列举并分析一些图书馆界普遍认可的核心价值，提出图书馆面临的关键问题之一是如何在实际工作中诠释并实现图书馆核心价值。以一种新型的信息服务模式--信息共享空间(IC)为着眼点，简要介绍IC的概念、特点、结构和功能，详细论述在图书馆IC中如何诠释并实现图书馆的核心价值。

| Abstract: | The paper lists and analyzes some core values generally recognized by library circle, puts forward that one of the key issues faced by libraries is how to annotate and realize the core values of library in actual work of library, then talks over the relationships between the construction idea of Information Commons (IC) and some core values of library by researching on IC as a new style information service model. The paper also explains the conception, characteristics, structure and functions of IC and discusses how to annotate and realize the library core values in IC of library in detail. |
