| 摘 要： | 人文社会科学评价虽然具有一定的主观性和复杂性，但评价过程及评价标准仍以客观的事实结果和由此产生的效果与影响作为依据。在此论述基础上，就人文社会科学评价中存在的引文模糊性和时空影响力问题进行深入分析，并提出引用时间因子和引用范畴因子两个指标，用以解决人文社会科学领域普遍存在的跨学科、长时段影响力问题，实现对现行评价方法和体系的补充和完善。

| Abstract: | Humanity social sciences evaluation refers to some complicated questions such as value judgment, history judgment and the nature of discipline. So humanity social sciences evaluation is not same as science evaluation. The paper discusses the essence and complexity of humanity social sciences evaluation, and then puts forward a new viewpoint and way to optimize and complete humanity social sciences evaluation system from the view of citation. |
