| 摘 要： | 针对广东省各系统图书馆网上参考咨询服务的现状和存在问题，探讨跨系统联合数字参考咨询服务的总体目标与基本原则，提出跨系统联合数字参考咨询服务网络平台的主要架构、功能及其实现机制，以促进各种类型图书馆等信息服务机构间的合作，并逐步形成具有广东特色的跨系统联合数字参考咨询服务平台。

| Abstract: | Based on the status and problems of the network reference service in all libraries of Guangdong Province, this paper discusses the overall goal and basic principle of trans-system collaborative digital reference service, then it approaches the main framework, the function and the realizing mechanism of the network platform of trans-system collaborative digital reference service, in order to promote the cooperation of all information service institutions including libraries, and progressively to form a platform of trans-system collaborative digital reference service of Guangdong Province. |
