| 摘 要： | 信息服务是建设创新型国家和实现自主创新的关键力量。在编制国家创新体系内信息服务业投入产出表的基础上,构建了具体的信息服务投入产出模型，定量地反映了我国信息服务业与创新主体之间的投入产出关系，进而分析了信息服务业与创新主体的关联效应和波及效果，并对国家创新体系结构的调整进行了预测。最后在实证研究基础上，针对创新型国家建设中存在的信息资源配置问题和信息服务业发展的制约因素，提出了合理化的解决对策。

| Abstract: | Information services are the key power for an innovation-oriented country building and independent innovation realization. An information service input-output model is constructed based on the input-output table of a national innovation system in this paper. Using this model, the paper makes the quantitative analysis of the input-output relations between the information services industry and innovation Subjects. Finally, in response to the issues of information resource allocation and information services industry constraint, this paper proposes some reasonable recommendations. |
