Abstract:Illustrates the reason of using models to analyze the consulting industry in China, and then introduces the model briefly. The emphasis of this paper is to unfold the competition conditions of the consulting industry in China by stating six competitive forces in details. It is hoped to be of a little help to enterprises in making competitive strategyies.
