| 摘 要： | 首先论述20世纪中国文献学者群体特征形成的原因，即新材料的发现为他们的文献学研究提供了新的条件与课题，典籍的大量流失促使他们收集、整理、影印文献，新文化运动与五四运动使他们视文献的整理与研究为传承中国传统文化的重要途径。然后列举40位已故的重要文献学家，并简要分析其学术背景。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reasons that the group of Chinese philologists have been formed in the 20th Century. Three factors for this are mentioned, which includes the discovery of new materials that provided these philologists with new condition and topics; book scattering in great quantities that urged them to collect, arrange and photocopy the rare books. And both the New Culture Movement and the May 4th Movement made the document arrangement and research as the main way for philologists to pass on the traditional Chinese civilization. Then the paper lists 40 late important philologists and analyzes the academic background of these philologists. |
