图书馆自助服务模式之我见

摘    要:分析建立图书馆自助服务模式的主客观因素及其基本构架,提出建立自助服务模式的两种方式。认为馆内自助服务主要通过“流阅一体化”管理以及自助服务设施的配置来实现,其内容包括网上查询、网上借阅和网上咨询。在此基础上,提出保障自助服务模式顺利实施的对策及措施。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the factors which influences the development of the self-service pattern in libraries and its main struc ture. It is considered that the self-service in library could be realized through circulation-reading service systems and self-service facilities, which include network inquiry, nerwork book-lending and consultation. Based on these, this paper also gives some suggestions for a better implementation of the self-service pattern.
