| 摘 要： | 介绍著名管理学教授野中郁次郎提出的隐性知识与显性知识相互转化的经典模型——SECI模型。在此基础上，论证SECI模型的知识转化过程，包括隐性知识向隐性知识、隐性知识向显性知识、显性知识向显性知识、显性知识向隐性知识的转化;在SECI模型中，分析隐性知识与显性知识转化中的情报交流的过程，探讨其情报交流的基本条件。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the typical model, SECI, which is put forward by Prof. Nonaka and describes the transformation between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. In the meanwhile, it also demonstrates the knowledge transformation in SECI and analyzes the course and condition of intelligence communication in SECI. Finally, the paper analyzes the process and basic condition of the intelligence communication during the knowledge conversion. |
