| 摘 要： | 在阐述机构库评价意义基础之上，认为机构库系统软件、学术机构成员、机构库资源、机构库管理与政策、机构库建设经费是影响机构库评价的因素。机构库评价面临着评价指标值难以获取等难点问题，而基于成熟度视角构建机构库评价模型，确实具有可行性与科学性。
