Analysis on the main difficulties of OA in domestic libraries |

| Abstract: | This paper describes in details of the present state of development and utilization of OA resource in domestic libraries and analyses in the face of the main problems in domestic libraries under open access environment including low to cognitive degree for users 、no obvious influence on library funds 、low degree to exploitation and utilization of open access resource in libraries and many questions in construction of institutional repository. |
