| 摘 要： | 在分析政府门户网站特点的基础上,指出政府门户网站的组织与整合的关键是确立以人为本的理念、整合政府机构与服务、科学组织门户网站内容以及建立电子政务标准。介绍美国、新加坡以及我国上海政府门户网站建设的成功经验,并提出一种个性化的门户网站资源组织与整合方式。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of characteristics of e-government porials, the paper points out that user-centered ideas, integrationof governmental agencies and services, effective organization of web contents and establishment of e-government standards are keys tothe organization and integration of e-government porial resources. Then the paper further analyzes e-government portals of the USA,Singapore and Shanghai. Finally, a personalized way is presented to organize and integrate e-government portal resources. |
