| 摘 要： | 提出了产业集群知识融合的新观点，即早期研究学者大多认为，集群内部的知识溢出与吸收行为是影响企业创新绩效的主要因素，然而实际上，企业与集群外部知识源的联系对企业的发展有着更为关键的作用，特别是发展中国家的集群更应该注重外向知识学习。应用理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法，分析了企业对集群外部知识源的学习过程，采用信息融合的DSmT技术，对集群内、外部知识源的知识进行融合，构建了基于信息融合的高技术产业集群知识融合与创新模型，通过结构方程模型证实了信息融合技术能够提高知识的有效性与全面性，融合后的知识对企业创新绩效有更大的影响作用。

| Abstract: | Bring forward the new point of view in the knowledge learning field. That is many earlier studies argue that internal linkages are the main factors that influence innovative performance of firms operating within high-tech industry cluster, but as a matter of fact, external linkages are also important especially for clusters in developing countries. Investigates how a firm's external linkages have impact on its innovation performance of high-tech industry cluster. By the use of Information Fusion method, this paper established the knowledge integration and innovative model of industry cluster in developing country. The basic hypothesis is that with the co-existence of high levels of both internal and external linkages, firms can extract more value for advanced innovative performance. |
