| 摘 要： | 针对信息知识转化机制研究存在的问题，结合信息知识转化的经济属性特征，利用主流经济学广泛应用
的效用理论进行可行性分析，为个体信息知识转化的机制研究提供全新切入点。同时，基于心理学研究内容，进行个体信息知识转化的阶段划分，并深入分析各个阶段的效用状态和特征状况，为企业知识管理水平的提高和个体知识获取效率的提升提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the research problem of transformation mechanism between information ,and combining with its economics attribute character, the paper selects the utility theory which is a research tool of mainstream economics and is used in many areas, puts up feasibility analysis based on the utility theory’s perspective, and provides a new path for individual transformation mechanism research between information and knowledge, and carries out the research on utility state and character analysis for every stage, provides theory basis for the improvement of the enterprise's knowledge management of the individual's knowledge acquirement dfficiency. |
