| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查方法对“天津市民使用政府网站的情况”进行调查分析，揭示天津市民对政府网站的了解程度、使用状况、满意度以及天津市各类人群在使用政府网站方面存在的差异，分析天津市政府网站存在的不足，并提出几点改进意见。

| Abstract: | By a questionnaire survey on the utilization of Tianjin government official websites, the situation of knowing and using these websites by Tianjin citizens and their satisfactions, as well as the differences among different types of users while they visit government websites, are showed. The defects of these websites are analyzed, and at the end, a few suggestions are put forward. |
