| 摘 要： | 论述网上技术市场是传统有形技术市场与网络信息技术系统的结合与创新，它不仅涵盖传统有形技术市场的所有功能，而且在技术、组织和功能上都有所创新，成为今后技术交易的主流平台。并在探讨国外网上技术市场主要模式的基础上，分析归纳我国网上技术市场的建设模式和运营模式，提出我国网上技术市场的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Web based technology market is the combination and innovation of the traditional technology market and network information technology system. It not only contains all the functions of traditional technology market, but also has innovation points in technology, organization and functions, and becomes the mainstream platform of technology business. Based on the discussion on overseas primary models of Internet technology market, the inland construction and operation models of Internet technology market are induced and analyzed, finally some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to develop the domestic Internet technology market better. |
