| Abstract: | The identification problem of peer review experts in scientific evaluation has been determined into the recognition issue of scientific community.The scientificity of peer review experts selection is ensured by the method of scientometrics such as the scientific domain ontology metrology and co-word analysis,to find the scientific community with the same system of scientific concepts and scientific context. |
