| 摘 要： | 从风险管理治理、风险分担、业务连续性管理、沟通与培训和监测与审查5个部分论述澳大利亚国家图书馆风险管理的框架,指出我国图书馆可借鉴之处,包括将风险管理的意识嵌入到图书馆的文化中、建立自上而下的组织系统以明确责任、重视图书馆的业务连续性管理、加强对图书馆风险管理的沟通和培训以及定期审查并完善图书馆的风险管理框架。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the risk management framework of National Library of Australia from five parts, including risk management governance, risk-sharing, business continuity management, communication and training and monitor and review. It also presents the reference areas for our libraries, including embedding risk management awareness into the library culture, establishing top-down organizational system to clear responsibilities, emphasizing the library’s business continuity management, stengthening communication and training of risk management in the library, and reviewing and refining the library’s risk management framework periodically. |
