| 摘 要： | 在对知识管理价值观和价值创造活动进行分析的基础上，依托动态能力观点，从动态能力与知识管理互动的角度提出知识管理的价值创造模式。依据高科技企业的特点，对运用知识管理构建高科技企业的价值创造模式进行个案分析。最后总结全文，提出本研究的贡献及将来可能的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of the value and value creation of knowledge management(KM),this paper brings forward the model of value creation of KM from the perspective of mutual interaction between dynamic capability and KM according to the point of dynamic capability.Then this paper uses a case of high-tech firms to enhance the mode of value creation of KM.Finally,it addresses the contribution and the possible research directions. |
