| 摘 要： | 运用观察统计和抽样分析方法对中国公安微博的发展现状进行探索性研究。研究发现，截至2011年4月19日，已经有1 467个经过认证的公安微博在新浪微博上开通，占政府官方微博比重最大，互动也最为活跃。同时，对“粉丝关注量”排名前30的公安微博进行深入分析。研究表明，目前公安部门十分重视微博对政务的影响，纷纷开通官方微博，但是其运行中也存在一些问题，如分布不均、可持续性差、缺乏互联共享等。根据研究发现，提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper conducts an exploratory research on Microblogs of Police Department(MPD) in China.Preliminary findings show that 1917 government official microblogs have been opened on Sina Weibo,the largest microblog platform in China,among which MPD are the most active.This paper then conducts an in-depth study on the top 30 MPD which have the most number of followers,and tries to explore their characteristics in distributions,languages,and interaction,and also analyzes the correlation between followers and other variables.The study finds that police departments have realized the significance of applying microblogs in governance,and started to actively open official microblogs to interact with netizens.However,there still exist some problems in MPD,such as imbalanced distributions,poor sustainability.This paper also provides some suggestions for improving the MPD in China. |
