| 摘 要： | 基于对图书馆危机及图书馆危机管理的认识,对图书馆用户在图书馆危机管理中的角色进行分析,强调图书馆用户在图书馆危机管理中的重要地位,认为图书馆用户在图书馆危机管理中有两种角色地位:主动角色地位和被动角色地位。同时,对针对不同用户角色的图书馆危机管理策略进行分析。

Library users are important to library crisis management and play both active roles and passive roles.
