| 摘 要： | 围绕对信息资源管理的不同认识展开论述,从信息资源管理概念内涵的分析入手,剖析其在价值观和管理体系两个方面存在的多元性特征,并以此构建信息资源管理的概念模型,提出信息资源管理学科建设应向多学科综合集成方向发展的思路,阐述其对信息管理学科发展带来的机遇和挑战。

| Abstract: | There are different schools of thought on Information Resources Management (IRM). Questions such as what are the relationships among different schools of thought, what are the fundamental characteristics of IRM and their connotation, what are the future trends and directions of IRM, have both theoretical significance and academic research value. This paper analyzes different schools of thought on information resources management, their pluralism features from the perspectives of values and management system based on connotation of IRM, and builds the concept model of IRM. The paper suggests that development directions of IRM disciplinary field would be multidisciplinary meta-synthetic integration and both opportunities and challenges existed. |
