摘    要:在分析科研用户信息需求特点的基础上,结合学科馆员工作实践,提出学科化服务的6种主要模式:嵌入科研一线提供学科咨询、开展提升科研人员信息素质的用户培训、为重点用户提供学科情报、跟踪科研动态开展专题服务、根据用户需求搭建个性化信息平台、以知识库建设推动研究机构知识管理。学科化服务工作的保障机制,主要体现在:充分认识学科化服务的重要性、设置专职学科馆员岗位、注重学科馆员能力建设、协同全馆构建服务保障体系、强化领导组织与管理、进行学科馆员的职业素质培养。

Abstract:Based on characteristics of academic users’ requirements for information and subject librarians’ working experience,six possible models of subject service are proposed: reference service embedded in scientific research process,training service to improve academic users’ information literacy,subject information service for key researchers,selective dissemination of information(SDI) for scientific research,building specialized information platforms according to user’ requirements,promoting knowledge management by institutional repository construction.Corresponding guarantee mechanism is discussed in terms of internal and external factors contributing to current subject service of National Scientific Library,Chinese Academy of Science.
