| 摘 要： | 鉴于Web2.0时代社会化媒体迅速普及并在政府事务中扮演越来越重要的角色，运用观察法和二手资料分析，对香港特别行政区政府在五大社会化媒体平台：Facebook、Twitter、YouTube、新浪微博和网志上开设的44个政府账户进行观察统计，分析其现状，并为其未来发展提供建议，同时也为中国大陆政府社会化媒体的应用提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the Web2.0 era,social media becomes popular among the netizens with its unique features,and is playing a more and more important role in government affairs.This paper conducts a research on 44 accounts opened by Hong Kong government in five social media,Facebook,Twitter,YouTube,Sina Weibo and Blog,and analyzes their usage and development by observation and secondary document analysis.Finally,the authors provide some suggestions for governments of Hongkong as well as mainland China. |
