| 摘 要： | 对影响高技术企业竞争情报部门绩效的因素进行实证研究。因子分析表明：“情报部门的群体特征”、“情报部门的凝聚力”、“情报部门的目标设定”、“情报人员个体特征”、“领导”、“部门间互动”和“组织环境”7类“因子”影响情报部门的绩效。路径模型揭示：这些因子经5条直接的与3条间接的路径对情报部门的绩效施加影响。讨论影响高技术企业情报部门绩效的因素系统的构成及其影响机制。研究结果对如何提升企业情报部门与图书情报部门的绩效有较大参考作用。

| Abstract: | The factors influncing the performance of competitive intelligence departments in hi-tech enterprises are tested by the empirical study.Factor analysis shows that seven factors,the group character,departmental objectives,individual character,the leader and so on,would influence the performance of the competitive intelligence departments.The constructed path model indicates that those factors would influnce the performance through five direct and three indirect paths.The system structure of the influntial factors and their mechanism are discussed.The results are usefull in improving the performace of the intelligence departments and library intelligence sectors. |
