| 摘 要： | 以虚拟学术社区这一新型网络学术交流平台为研究对象，基于对社区知识共享过程的思考和构建，将引导者、回应者、学习者和评价者4类社区成员类型划分为知识提供者、知识接受者和知识评价者，分析3种主体进行知识共享过程的特点，指出对于知识共享系统来说，知识共享过程中的社区主体间关系是一个非线性的复杂系统。在此基础上，提出虚拟学术社区知识共享过程的参与主体间关系模型。

| Abstract: | By taking the virtual academic community which is a new academic exchange platform via Internet as the research object,based on knowledge sharing process,the subject of knowledge sharing in virtual academic community can be divided into knowledge providers,knowledge accepters and knowledge valuators.This paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge sharing process,points out that the processes are complex nonlinear systems.On this basis,the paper puts forward the systematic relationship model of participation subjects of knowledge sharing process. |
