| Abstract: | Pluralism exploitation of public information resource refers to cooperation among governments,profit organizations,third sector to exploit the public information resources with multiple means of administration. Public information resources plurality development requires a series of guarantee mechanism. The right allocation mechanism,benefits coordination mechanism,monitoring mechanism,and control mechanism are discussed in this paper. |
