| 摘 要： | 知识的价值只有在交流中才能体现，人际情报网络就是以人为知识载体，实现人际资源传播和人际交流的平台。通过人际情报网络所获取的各种信息源是企业重要的知识来源，而人际情报网络的建立也能有效地促进企业知识共享和交流。通过四个影响因素模型的构建，具体阐述人际情报网络对企业知识获取、组织、利用和知识管理系统可持续应用的影响。

| Abstract: | The value of knowledge can be only reflected by exchanging. Human network carries human resource and is the platform for human communion. The information come from human intelligence networks is the important knowledge to enterprises, and human intelligence networks can promote knowledge sharing and exchanging.This paper suggests 4 new models to show the influence factors of human intelligence networks on corporation knowledge management by requiring, organizing, taking advantage of corporation knowledge and KMS continuance for the intention of knowledge contribution and seeking. |
