| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 通过研究美国区域图书馆联盟的运行及管理现状，从中吸取经验，为解决我国区域跨系统图书馆联盟发展过程中遇到的问题提出建议。方法/过程] 选取美国8个区域性图书馆联盟作为研究对象，通过访问联盟网站和进行文献调研，从联盟职能、经费来源、管理模式、面向成员馆的联盟服务以及对外协作以及联盟网站建设6个方面对联盟的运行和管理现状进行分析和研究。结果/结论] 借鉴美国区域图书馆联盟运行的成功经验，提出我国区域跨系统图书馆联盟应增强自身造血功能，实现经费来源、联盟功能的多元化；优化联盟管理机制，设立专职管理和运营人员；规范联盟网站建设与运营，提升联盟网络影响力。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] To solve problems encountered in the development of regional cross-system library consortia in China, the development status of regional library consortia in America was researched in this paper. Method/process] The development statuses of regional library consortiums were researched through website and literatures, from the aspects of functions, sources of funds, service for membrane libraries and etc. Result/conclusion] Based on the successful experience of regional library consortia in America, it was put forward that regional cross-system library consortium in China should innovate funding sources, expand functions, introduce full-time staff and strengthen the consortium's website construction and maintenance. |
