| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]基于社会需求分析图书情报专业毕业生所需就业技能,辨析就业技能的必备项,为图书情报专业教育、教学的发展完善提供参考借鉴。方法/过程]运用内容分析方法,借助社会网络分析工具对招聘广告中涉及的就业技能及其之间的关系进行探索。结果/结论]数据分析结果对图书情报专业教育的启示包括：确立"T"型人才培养目标、创建关联性专业课程体系、面向社会需求形成专业教育特色和搭建校园到工作岗位之间的桥梁。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Based on the social needs, this paper analyzes the employment skills of library and information graduates, identifies the essential employment skills, to provide reference for the development of library and information professional education and teaching.Method/process] With the social network analysis tool, this paper explores the relationships among the employment skills of employment advertisements by the content analysis method.Result/conclusion]The enlightenments on the data analysis results to the library and information professional education include:to establish "T" type of personnel training objectives, to create a relevance professional curriculum system, to form the professional education features according to the social needs, and to set up a bridge between the campus education and jobs employment. |
