| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]探索和识别场景时代移动图书馆信息接受的关键影响因素对于移动图书馆服务创新和空间再造的意义。方法/过程]以信息接受畅体验理论、用户认知理论、动机驱动理论、期望确认理论、用户满意度理论、自我效能理论以及技术接受理论为基础,从移动图书馆信息接受的"场景-用户-情境"出发,运用DEMATEL方法聚焦于移动图书馆信息接受影响因素的关联分析。结果/结论]根据综合影响指数排名识别出关键性影响因素,并以此为依据,提出移动图书馆信息接受的调控对策及服务创新的方向。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] It is of great significance for mobile library service innovation and space reconstruction to explore and identify the key factors affecting the information acceptance of mobile library in the era of scene.Method/process] Therefore, based on information acceptance flow experience theory, user driven cognitive theory and motivation theory, expectation confirmation theory, customer satisfaction theory, self-efficacy theory and technology acceptance theory, from "Scene-User-Context" in mobile library information acceptance, by using DEMATEL method, it focuses on the correlation analysis of mobile library information acceptance factors.Result/conclusion] The key factors are identified according to the comprehensive impact index ranking. Based on the key factors identified, the control countermeasures of the information acceptance of mobile library and the direction of service innovation are put forward. |
