| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 网络影响力评价是网络计量学的重要研究内容。通过选取8个国内典型跨系统区域图书馆联盟作为研究对象，对其网络影响力进行研究分析。方法/过程] 从联盟网络平台内部建设和对外传播推广能力两个角度出发，选取9个评价指标，采用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果/结论] 各联盟网络平台建设在内容和质量方面存在较大差异，网络推广力度均明显不足。提出优化图书馆联盟网络平台建设、提高影响力和服务效益的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Web influence evaluation is an important research content of web metrics. This paper studies on web influence of regional cross-system library consortium by taking 8 typical domestic regional cross-system library consortia as the research samples.Method/process] We select 9 indicators to construct our measure,from both internal construction of network platform and external promotion competence perspective, and use principal component analysis method to evaluate comprehensively.Result/conclusion] The result shows that there are significant differences in content and quality of the network platforms of regional cross-system library consortia, and few of the consortia is doing enough on the Internet promotion. At last, based on the above problems the paperputs forward suggestions on how to optimize platform construction,expand web influence and improve service benefit. |
