| 摘 要： | 2006年3月中国科学院国家科学图书馆完成了整合，建立了集成化协同化的战略情报研究体系，把建立学科门类齐全、层次较高、反应敏捷的科技战略情报研究团队体系作为其基本定位之一，对情报研究的快速反应能力提出了要求。本文通过对国家科学图书馆兰州分馆资源环境战略情报研究团队在2006年8月至2007年8月所完成的情报研究任务进行了分析，阐述了情报研究需求的特征；结合案例分析了团队情报研究快速反应能力的不足和提升，总结了情报研究快速反应机制的缺失和建设等问题。

| Abstract: | National Science Library completed its combination in Mar. 2006,and it established a integrated and coordinated system. Establishing a quick response system is one of its basic locations. 21 information research tasks were completed in the Lanzhou Branch of the National Science Library from Aug.2006 to Aug.2007.An empirical analysis on these tasks was carried out in this paper. Form the empircal analysis, this essay expounds the characteristics of information research needs. Based on cases analysis, we can see that quick response ability in our library is gradually raising, and the quick response mechanism is gradually completed. |
