| 摘 要： | 从服务创新理论出发，探讨用户参与的学术图书馆服务创新的路径选择，研究用户在创新过程中的参与方式、参与程度和多重角色，指出要在图书馆服务创新过程中充分发挥用户参与的作用，可从打通用户参与创新渠道，把握领先用户，积极对待用户投诉，帮助用户认识其共同创新角色，促成用户知识隐性向显性转化以及充分利用web2.0技术等方面着手，把握创新方向，提高服务创新效率。

| Abstract: | Based on service innovation theory, the paper discusses the participation, involvement and multiple roles of users in the service innovation process in academic libraries,and presents how to develop userinvolved service innovation in academic libraries. Academic libraries should give full play to users’ participation in the service innovation, grasp the lead users, cherish customer complaints, help users to understand their innovation roles, and apply web2.0 technologies, so as to seize the direction of service innovation and improve the efficiency of innovation. |
