| Abstract: | This paper introduces the construction situation of JALIS over the last 8 years, then it analyzes the main problems of university libraries in Jiangsu Province. The article demonstrates that the development of the university digital libraries need be developed step by step with the application of the construction standards, the construction of local systems, and the service framework of the digital libraries as well. |
