| 摘 要： | 在对中国、英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚和日本6个国家版权制度中的图书馆合理使用条款进行比较的基础上，结合各国社会发展的不同状况和当前国际版权制度的发展趋势，归纳国际上图书馆合理使用立法的特点，并从图书馆应用的角度分析各国条款的利弊，最终对我国现有版权制度环境下的图书馆合理使用，在图书馆管理、版权应用和立法修订等方面展开思考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the comparison analysis of the library fair use under 6 different copyright systems of China, British, America, Canada, Australia and Japan, given the fact of the distinct situations of each nation’s social development and current international copyright system developing tendency, this paper induces the developing features, advantages and disadvantages of international legislation upon library fair use and puts forward some thoughts about library management, copyright application and law revision regarding the library fair use clauses under our own copyright system. |
